             TAX RATE HEARINGS

The City Council of the City of Riesel Will conduct public hearings on AUGUST 29, 2024, at 6:30 PM

At Riesel City Hall, 104 N. Memorial (Hwy 6), Riesel, TX 76682 to hear public opinion regarding the proposed 2025 Operating Budget and to hear public opinion regarding the proposed tax rate fund the 2025 Operating Budget.

THIS BUDGET WILL RAISE MORE TOTAL PROPERTY TAXES THAN LAST YEAR'S BUDGET BY $10,380 OR 4.07%, AND OF THAT AMOUNT, $12,783 IS TAX REVENUE TO BE RAISED FROM NEW PROPERTY ADDED TO THE TAX ROLL THIS YEAR.​
